About Us

Victoria Greene is a photographer, blogger, social media expert, and traveler. Her blog is www.TorsAdventures.com.   She is also TorsAdventures on Instagram, Facebook, and TWITTER.  Her most recent photos and writings are of the Pacific Northwest with Seattle and the surrounding mountains as her muse.   Prior to that she spent three years in Key West Florida photographing sunsets, beaches and the ambiance of South Florida. Also while in Key West she was the Social Media Director for the Key West Songwriters Festival.   Her journeys have taken her to Spain, France, Italy, Great Britain, and most of the United States. She is ready with a suitcase packed and ready at a moment’s notice. While she is an excellent portrait photographer, she truly enjoys photographing nature and wildlife. 

The Key West Songwriters Festival was a five-day event with 200 artists and fifty locations.  She worked closely with artists and agencies to fulfill the goals for their artists. 

She was chosen by General Motors as a Social Media Influencer and was sent to SXSW.  Along the way they stopped in schools and cities along the way to promote charitable endeavors.   The trip was also sponsored by OnStar who tracked their trip with their GPS.  General Motors has delivered cars to Victoria to have her evaluate and blog about upcoming models and promotions.

Debbie Greene is a passionate advocate for Play in Nature.  She has 19 years’ experience as a Nature Center Director and has raised millions of dollars to help get kids outside!  She currently lives in Joliet, IL with her husband, two Irish Wolfhounds, one cat and numerous fish.  She loves to travel (especially to natural areas), loves nature photography, and taking her grand children on the road and out into nature.   

She believes that children learn best when playing.  It is a proven fact that children who play outside have better than average skills in cooperation, creativity and critical thinking. 

She is a past Board Member for the Association of Nature Center Administrators. She opened and funded the Little Sprouts Nature Preschool at Pilcher Park Nature Center.  She created Kids n’ Nature a nature based after-school program which is in it’s 15th year.  She has been a speaker at the National Youth Gardening Symposium, she was the keynote speaker for the Will-County Regional office of Education for the Early Childhood Education Conference.
